1. Our subscription single Posy’s are £15 each excluding delivery, Double Posy is £30 excluding delivery, Triple Posy is £45 excluding delivery  

  2. If you ever have a problem, please get in touch via phone or email. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

  3. By subscribing to The Posy Company weekly flowers you understand that we offer an on-going weekly flower service. 

  4. Not everyone likes surprises – so every Wednesday we will post a photo of the week’s Posy on our Instagram and Facebook page. We hope you’ll love them all, but we cannot be held responsible if you receive any flowers that aren’t to your taste or that are unsuitable for you or your pets.

  5. We don’t guarantee delivery times, only the date, so if they’re not with you in the morning, hold tight, because they’ll be with you later that day, and they’ll be fine until the evening.

  6. Should you wish to cancel your subscription The Posy Company requires one working week from the date of cancellation to close the account. Any deliveries due during the cancellation period will be due for full payment including delivery where applicable 

  7. The Posy Company will look after your personal data in accordance with data protection rules and our Privacy Policy.

  8. For refunds on one off purchases please contact us directly. The Posy Company requires 48 hours notice before the delivery date. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the delivery date will require full payment. 


Circumstances Beyond Our Control: 


Adverse weather conditions:

During adverse weather conditions (including but not limited to heavy snow, ice, flooding or high winds), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is outside of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we aren't able to refund or offer re-delivery of affected orders.

Force Majeure:

The Posy Company shall not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following: (i) Acts of God, (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, (iii) the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, (v) power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, (vi) default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind, and (viii) any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond The Posy Company’s reasonable control.
